Return & Refund Policy

  • 30-day return window from receipt of goods.
  • Product must be unworn, in original condition & packaging.
  • Customer covers return shipping except for items damaged/defective on arrival.
  • Order changes or cancellations allowed within 12 business hours of placement; after that, once the watch is in production or shipping, changes are not possible.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to the address provided.
  • No refunds for normal wear, changed mind after wearing, or minor cosmetic variances.

Refund & Return Policy – ModHouse Timepieces

At ModHouse Timepieces, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. To ensure fairness for both you and us, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date you receive your order.
  • To qualify, the watch must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition, with tags, protective films, and all packaging intact
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Watches that have been sized, polished, opened, worn, or modified (by you or a third party) are not eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
  • Customised, personalised, or special-order builds are ineligible for standard returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Watches that have been worn, damaged, modified or sized by a third party
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Starting a Return

  1. Email us at support@modhouse-watches.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
  1. After we approve your request, we will provide the return address located in the U.S., along with instructions.

  2. You must ship the item back within 7 calendar days of receiving our return instructions.

  3. Items sent without prior authorisation will be refused or delayed.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason not caused by our error.
  • In cases of our error (wrong item sent) or confirmed defect arrived, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

5. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit after you ship them. You must file any claims directly with the carrier.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we physically receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages (Original Order)

  • We track all orders via courier. Once tracking shows “delivered to the address provided”, ModHouse Timepieces is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement at that address.
  • If you did not receive a package marked delivered, please:
    • Check with neighbours, building management or household members
    • Contact your local courier/post office to open a claim using the tracking number
  • Email us at support@modhouse-watches.com for assistance
  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit (no delivery by carrier, after their investigation), we may substitute with a replacement or issue a refund depending on stock and circumstances.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • No partial refunds or price adjustments will be issued for:
    • Minor cosmetic differences that do not impact function
    • Personal preference after item has been worn
    • Fit or sizing issues when product condition is still original

 8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items still original

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If you suspect damage, defect or incorrect item, contact support@modhouse-watches.com within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will at our discretion offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund including original shipping charges
  • Claims made after the 7-day window may fall under our standard warranty rather than this return policy.

9. Exchanges

  • We handle exchanges as a return + new purchase.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different model:
    • Initiate a standard return under section 3 above
    • Then place a new order for the model you’d like

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because our watches are single-batch/limited and move quickly into production and shipping, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 business hours of placing your order (via email support@modhouse-watches.com with your order number and the requested change).
  • After this period, once the watch is in production or has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.
  • If shipped, you can still complete a return once you receive the item (subject to the conditions above).

11. Warranty

This policy covers your first 30 days after receipt for returns and refunds. Separately, ModHouse Timepieces offers a 2-year warranty on mechanical and functional defects under normal use. If an item develops a defect after the initial 30 day return window, email us for warranty assistance.
