If you want to return an item, please contact us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without scratches or noticeable signs of wear.

  • Personalized or custom-made watches are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale or clearance items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
